Chattanooga Presents produces public events, concerts and programming that promote Chattanooga as a center of activity, broaden the cultural offerings in the community and contribute to a vibrant and livable city.  Started in 2010 as an outgrowth of the Chattanooga Downtown Partnership, an organization which, for over 20 years, worked to animate downtown Chattanooga’s public spaces with quality programs and events, Chattanooga Presents' events run the gamut from fund raisers for not-for-profits to celebrations for our entire city. From Chattanooga’s North Shore to the Southside and even as far flung as Meigs County, the staff at Chattanooga Presents  has produced a roster of events that appeals to diverse audiences with a hallmark of quality and appropriate scale. These events include the Nightfall Concert Series, Pops on the River, the 3 Sisters Festival, Ice on the Landing, the RiverRocks Festival, Bella Sera, spark, the Grand Illumination, the Holiday Starlight Parade, Appalachian Christmas and Taste, just to name a few.

Our staff was proud to have been chosen to handle the grand opening of the Volkswagen Training Center, Grand Opening Celebration of Coolidge Park in 1999, as well as to create a series of events to celebrate the opening of the 21st Century Waterfront in 2005.  Held over the course of four weekends, these events were designed to enlighten our citizens on the variety of public art, history and green spaces being created along both shores, to invite community participation in the spectrum of events and to serve as a model for animating these important new spaces in ways that could be replicated and expanded upon for years to come.
